Paul James Contracts provides a total fit out service, to the care home industry. With over 28 years of experience we can offer our clients a qualified and personal service.
We have a full appreciation of the complexities of opening a care home.
We include total project management of the contract which is complimentary and incorporates interior design, off loading, unpacking, and placement.

Contract Service

 

A TYPICAL CONTRACT WOULD RUN SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

STAGE ONE:
Meet the Client to discuss what type of project it is and the kind of clientele that will be using the facility.

Demonstrate our wide portfolio of products using samples and brochures. Obtain customer choices and details of building contractors and architects for liason purposes.



STAGE TWO:
Undertake site visit to take measurements etc. Prepare detailed quotations and arrange for fabric and chair samples to be sent to the client, Prepare scheme boards if required.




STAGE THREE:
Attend site to off load, unpack and place everything. Fit all carpets and floors. Install curtains, blinds etc. Provide fire certificates. Leave ready for registration.

We offer a range of after sales services, giving you a one contact service for everything !

We can also arrange a number of optional competitive finance schemes including lease and lease purchaseing.
